• Companionship Services: Due to the nature of companionship services, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued once a service has been provided. We encourage clients to communicate any specific needs or preferences before booking to ensure a satisfactory experience.

• Digital Content: All sales of digital content, including photos, videos, and custom media, are final. Once purchased and downloaded, digital content cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This is because digital products are considered “used” once accessed or downloaded.

2. Cancellations:

• Companionship Services:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking fee.
  • If Crystal needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Custom Videos & Live Chats:

  • If a client wishes to cancel a custom video or live chat before the creation process begins, a partial refund may be offered at Crystal’s discretion. Once production has started, no refunds will be issued.

3. Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

Under the ACL, certain guarantees are provided to consumers for goods and services purchased. This includes the guarantee that services will be provided with due care and skill, and products will be of acceptable quality. If there is a major problem with a service or product provided by Crystal, you may be entitled to a remedy.

• Services:
  • If a service provided by Crystal does not meet the guarantees under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy. However, this does not apply to changes of mind or dissatisfaction due to not specifying preferences prior to the service.
• Digital Content:
